How To Register

  • Open Registration - Registration for summer 2018 will be on Saturday, March 3rd starting at 10:00 a.m.  Registration will be held in the cafeteria at Cloonan Middle School.  
    • All camp registrations for summer 2018 must be made in person.  We
      will no longer accept registration by email, fax or by mail.
    • Registration for full pay & for free/reduced lunch spots will happen at
      the same time.  
    • All registrations must be made by the parent of the child/children being enrolled.
    • Spots available after the open registration will be available on a first come, first served basis by dropping off your registration at the Youth Services Bureau office on the 6th floor of Government Center.
    • If a desired week or weeks are full at the time of registration, you  will be added to a waitlist.  You will be notified of space in the requested weeks when/if space becomes available.
  • Camp Registration FormThe 2018 Camp Registration Form can be downloaded from Forms & Info section on the right hand side of the webpage. Camp registration forms must be completely filled out and submitted at the time of registration.  Please indicate the weeks you intend to enroll and completely fill out the payment & demographic sections.
  • Free/Reduced Lunch Students - Students who receive free/reduced lunch at school get the reduced price of $400.00 for the full 7 weeks.  The letter from the schools indicating that your child receives free/reduced lunch must be submitted with the camp registration form at the time of registration.  If you do not have the letter you can get a copy from Xiomara Barrero on the 3rd floor of Government Center.  You can request a copy by calling 203-977-5312 or by email at xbarrero@stamfordct.gov
  • Payments - All payments must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payments must be made by credit card, cash, check, or money order.  Checks and money orders should be made payable to City of Stamford. There is a $50.00 charge for returned checks.
  • Refund Policy
    • All refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of purchase.
    • We will not accept refund requests after camp begins.
    • Allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
    • Registration changes will only be accommodated if space in desired week(s) is available.
