How To Register

Registration Day

Saturday, March 14th @ 10 a.m.

Cloonan Middle School Cafeteria

  1. Download & print the 2020 Registration Form.  
  2. Complete the registration form for each child to be registered.
  3. If your child receives free/reduced lunch please obtain a copy of the letter from Stamford Public Schools that states that your child is eligible for the free lunch program.
  4. Bring completed registration forms on registration day.  Make sure forms are complete, including the payment section. 

 

After March 14th 

  1. Check availability above.
  2. Download & print the 2020 Registration Form. 
  3. Complete the registration form for each child to be registered.
  4. If your child receives free/reduced lunch please obtain a copy of the letter from Stamford Public Schools that states that your child is eligible for the free lunch program.
  5. Call 203-977-5361 with any questions.
  6. Submit the registration and payment.

  • Free/Reduced Lunch Students - Students who receive free/reduced lunch at school get the reduced price of $400.00 for the full 7 weeks.  The letter from the schools indicating that your child receives free/reduced lunch must be submitted with the camp registration form at the time of registration.  If you do not have the letter you can get a copy from Audrey Way on the 3rd floor of Government Center.  You can request a copy by calling 203-977-1177 or by email at away@stamfordct.gov.  
  • Payments - All payments must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payments must be made by credit card, check, or money order.  Checks and money orders should be made payable to City of Stamford. There is a $50.00 charge for returned checks.
  • Refund Policy
    • All refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of purchase.
    • We will not accept refund requests after camp begins.
    • Allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
    • Registration changes will only be accommodated if space in desired week(s) is available.
